Why do I need to register using a unique email?

It's required to create a unique login for the conference app you'll use to build your agenda. It also ensures all attendees receive meeting communication.

How do I update attendee registration information? 

You can email us to switch a registration to another employee in your practice prior to January 31.

How do I add a Pre-Conference Workshop to my existing registration?

Email our team! No fees apply, just pay the ticket price difference. Deadline to add is January 31 unless they sell out before.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, cancellations prior to November 1 will receive a full refund. Cancellations from November 2- January 17 will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be issued after January 17.

Reminder: you can transfer your registration to another employee within your practice prior to January 31 free of charge.


What time should I schedule my flight to arrive?

The recommended flight arrival time is 3:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to collect bags, check into the hotel, stop by registration and get ready for the kickoff Welcome Reception which starts at 7:00 PM.

If you're attending a Pre-Conference Workshop Thursday, we recommend you fly in Wednesday evening.

What time should I schedule my flight to depart?

The conference adjourns at 4:30 PM on Saturday. If you promptly collect your bags and head to the airport, you can safely catch any flight departing after 7:30 PM.

Note: You can take advantage of the discounted group hotel rate up to three days after the conference if you'd like to extend your stay!

What transportation options do I have to get to and from the airport?

There are several options available, including complimentary transportation utilizing Disney's Magical Express when you book your stay at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. Click here to learn more.


What is the dress code?

Business casual. Bring a light jacket—sometimes the meeting rooms are cold.

What do I need to bring?

We will provide a pen and notebook at check-in. No other items are required.

Can I bring my own device?

Absolutely! If you are server-based, please make sure you have proper remote access set up. We will not be able to assist with this on site.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available throughout the meeting space.


What is the dress code?

Comfortable shoes and casual attire are recommended for both events which will take place outside. We advise you to check the weather prior to arrival, as a light jacket may be needed.

How do I purchase guest tickets?

Guests tickets are available for purchase during the registration check-out process. If you've already registered for the meeting and would like to purchase guest tickets, please email us.

Are kids welcome?

At your discretion but we do not advise children to attend as both events are geared towards adults and include an open bar.
