Building Your Agenda
can expect to build your custom agenda prior to the meeting.
Available now is a filterable preliminary agenda for the conference. The final agenda is far from being complete, as we are still outlining industry topics to incorporate, developing new software features (which will lead to new sessions) and collaborating with partners who will join before the meeting.
We launch registration with a preliminary agenda to set the stage for attendees to know what to expect and see what is new from last year. A few pointers to help navigate the topics and filters are outlined below.
Use the agenda filters to determine what sessions are available for you to attend based on your role and the EMR and/or Practice Management your practice uses.
New this year, if a session is specialty specific it will say so in the session description. Most sessions apply to all specialties.
If you prefer not to use the agenda filters, each session has indicators below the title showing who should attend.
To check out the 80+ new sessions and 10 new Pre-Conference Workshops we've added, use the "New Sessions" toggle at the bottom of the filter.
These are collaborative, interactive sessions with our Product Team, designed to elicit user feedback on existing and "coming soon" features.
The pre-conference workshops listed are final and will not change prior to the meeting. Each workshop has limited seating to provide an engaging hands-on experience for attendees, which means they fill up fast! Make sure to register sooner than later if you'd like to attend.
You'll be required to select the pre-conference workshop(s) you plan to attend during the registration process, which can only be changed based on availability prior to the registration modification deadline.
Add one workshop, either morning or afternoon, to your All-Access conference registration. This option includes breakfast or lunch depending on your selection.
To determine if a workshop takes place in the morning or afternoon, reference the AM or PM indicator next to each description.

Use the filters (instructions above) to determine what pre-con workshops are relevant to the EMR and/or Practice Management your practice uses as well as your unique role. Some pre-con workshops are specialty specific, so be sure to use the appropriate specialty filter.
Prior to the conference, we will launch the official meeting app. Here you can build your custom agenda, network with attendees, view exhibitors and get to know the speakers.
The app will also be utilized on site to provide live conference updates and keep you in the loop on the latest information.
Make sure everyone from your practice is registered using a unique email address, which is required to access the app.
The app is available on Apple and Android devices and can also be opened in a web browser to support easy agenda building.
Sessions will be listed in date / time order and can be filtered by product and job role. You can add or remove sessions to your personalized agenda leading up to the conference, as well as make live changes on site during the meeting.
Note: Utilizing the app is the only way to build your agenda.
We will have an app help desk set up for assistance with trouble shooting technical difficulties and building your agenda. If you need assistance prior to the meeting, shoot us an email.
A printed program will be provided on site with session descriptions and times, but you will not be able to build your agenda without using the app.
